Corenwick operates this website and online shop, including its information, content, features, tools, products and related services (together, the “Services”), to provide a curated shopping experience for the home, everyday life and more. corenwick.com is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”), together with any policies referred to in them, explain your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms carefully before using corenwick.com. By accessing the Services, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Section 1 – Access and Accounts
By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract in your place of residence. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing details, payment information and delivery address. You agree that the information you provide will be accurate, current and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Accounts may not be transferred, sold or assigned to another person.
Section 2 – Our Products
We take reasonable care to display and describe our products accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings and lighting. Product measurements may also vary within any reasonable tolerances stated on the relevant product page.
Product descriptions, specifications, prices and availability may be updated from time to time. We may discontinue a product or limit the quantity available, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.
All products remain subject to your statutory rights, including the right to receive products that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose where required by law.
Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order through corenwick.com, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know and refund any payment already taken for the affected products.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including if:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- Product or pricing information contains a clear or obvious error
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity
- An order exceeds a stated purchase limit
- Delivery is not available to the address provided
- We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control
If we change or cancel an order, we will use the contact details supplied at checkout to notify you.
Products are sold for personal or household use unless we agree otherwise. They must not be purchased for unauthorised commercial resale.
Section 4 – Prices and Payment
The price charged will be the price displayed when you place your order, subject to the correction of obvious errors.
Any applicable delivery charges, taxes or other fees will be displayed before you confirm your purchase where required.
Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorise the relevant payment provider to charge your chosen payment method for your order.
We may use third-party payment providers to process transactions. Their own terms and privacy notices may also apply to the payment services they provide.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
We will arrange delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your order.
Where limited stock is available in our UK warehouse, your order may be dispatched locally. Other orders may be dispatched from one of our international fulfilment locations.
The fulfilment location used for your order may depend on product availability, delivery destination and operational requirements.
Delivery estimates shown on corenwick.com, during checkout or in order communications are estimates only unless we expressly state otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by carriers, customs procedures, severe weather, public holidays, transport disruption or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will provide relevant updates where reasonably possible.
Products remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you have identified to receive them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If your order appears to be lost, damaged or delivered incorrectly, please contact us at:
Section 6 – Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom purchasing eligible goods online, you will generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to any exceptions provided by applicable law.
Where you exercise an applicable statutory cancellation right, you must return the goods in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
Certain products or circumstances may be excluded from statutory cancellation rights where permitted by law.
Any voluntary returns period, satisfaction guarantee or promotional guarantee we offer is provided in addition to your statutory rights.
Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits your rights in relation to products that are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise not supplied in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Section 7 – Intellectual Property
All content made available through corenwick.com, including text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, designs, videos, page layouts and other materials, is owned by Corenwick or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, licence or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Corenwick or its licensors.
Section 8 – Optional Tools and Third-Party Links
We may provide access to tools, applications or services operated by third parties.
These services may be provided “as is” and “as available”, and their own terms and privacy notices may apply.
corenwick.com may also contain links to third-party websites.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability, security or practices of third-party services, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
Accessing third-party websites or services is at your own discretion.
Section 9 – Relationship With Shopify
corenwick.com is powered by Shopify.
However, purchases made through corenwick.com are made directly with Corenwick.

Section 10 – Privacy
Personal data submitted through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Because corenwick.com is hosted and supported by Shopify, Shopify may also process certain personal data in connection with providing its services.

You grant Corenwick a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content for purposes including operating, improving and promoting the Services.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your original content to Corenwick.
We may remove submitted content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

Occasionally, information on corenwick.com may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, specifications, prices, promotions, availability or other details.
We may correct errors and update information where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this Section affects your statutory consumer rights.

We take reasonable care in operating corenwick.com, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or completely free from technical errors.
We may update, maintain, suspend or withdraw parts of the Services where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
Any “as is” or “as available” wording in these Terms applies only to the website, optional tools and third-party services to the extent permitted by law.

Section 16 – Limitation of Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill where applicable.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses arising from unauthorised commercial use of products or Services, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity or business interruption.

Where such an event affects an accepted order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its impact and keep you informed where reasonably possible.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Section 18 – Severability and No Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
If we do not enforce a right immediately, this does not mean that we have waived that right.
Section 19 – Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements through which we provide the Services are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
If you are a consumer living in the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections provided by the laws of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live.
You may bring legal proceedings in any court that has jurisdiction under applicable law, including the courts of your home jurisdiction where those rights apply.
Section 20 – Changes to These Terms
You can review the current version of these Terms at any time on this page.
We may update these Terms from time to time, including where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
Any revised Terms will be published on corenwick.com.
Changes will apply from the date they are published unless otherwise stated and will not normally affect orders we have already accepted, except where required by law.
Your continued use of the Services after revised Terms are published means that the revised Terms will apply to your future use of corenwick.com.
